As a food and culinary educator we understand that eating and sharing food is an essential human activity. We know also that food is a catalyst for human engagement.
Much of our work seeks to reconnect people and food. We strive to inspire and educate people through participatory learning from farm to fork. Through our monthly dinners, culinary programs, special food events and The Larder we celebrate and profile regional producers and the skills of our Chef Instructors and Students.
